Lights come up on LITTLE GIRL in her bedroom. It is night time, and she is laying in bed. There is a digital clock on her night stand, it casts a red glow on her face. She is watching the time change.

LITTLE GIRL
I know you're in there... Come out, come out.

there is a pause. LITTLE GIRL picks up alarm clock and scans the surface, looking for holes, doors, or anything.

LITTLE GIRL
How do you guys get out? How do you get food?

LITTLE GIRL shakes the clock lightly, waits to hear something, then shakes it harder.

LITTLE GIRL
You must be starving in there... I know what I'll do. I'll set you free.

LITTLE GIRL bangs clock on the floor. It doesnt break open.

LITTLE GIRL
Hmm...

LITTLE GIRL exits. LITTLE GIRL enters carrying a hammer that looks big in her hands. LITTLE GIRL attempts to smash the clock, but it doesn't break. She tries again, with all her might, breaking the clock. She sorts through the parts

LITTLE GIRL
Where are you? [pause] I guess you must be invisible. Well, your free now. Goodnight!

LITTLE GIRL gets back into bed. Lights fade.
