SAM

WAITER enters to clear the dinner plates, another WAITER follows him carrying dessert, he sets the desserts in front of them, the ring is clearly is sticking out of WOMAN'S dessert. WAITER winks at SAM before exiting.
WOMAN
This looks delicious.
SAM
I wanted to talk to you about something.
WOMAN starts stuffing her face
WOMAN
[mouth full]

SAM
Wait no!
WOMAN swallows, and begins to eat more
WOMAN
[mouth full]

Lights fade
Lights come up on SAM and WOMAN in WOMAN'S living room, SAM holding the ring, the same ring.
SAM
